Please read these Terms & Conditions in advance of purchasing a Motion Hero Club One Time, 12 Months access deal.

This agreement is between You and Video Hero (“Company”, “we” or “us” ). The term “you” refers to anyone who signs up to the Motion Hero Club.

Simple license

All items on VideoHero have the same simple license terms. You get broad commercial rights, so you can use items with confidence in any of your own videos (business or personal) as well as  client videos.

 What's not allowed

• You can't re-sell, giveaway or re-distribute items as you own.
• You can't use items in on-demand services eg. apps.
• You can't use items as the basis for merchandising. For example, printing onto a T-shirt.

Your access

You must not share your login with any other individual. The graphics will not be registered under that individuals name and therefore the license will be invalid and may result in a strike.

The access is for one individual login (contact us if you need more logins), but you can use the graphics in your team project for example if you run a production company or create videos and  provide the downloaded assets to your full-time or freelance Editor to use them.

As these are on demand downloadable assets there are no refunds available. 

Your access will continue up to the last day of your access (12 months) and then you will lose access to the library.

You will be sent an email with an option to rejoin at the rate current at the time of rejoining. 

If you do not renew all the videos where you used the assets will be licensed forever and you will have no issues.
